Plaintiff in error brought a suit of the fourth class in the Municipal Court of Chicago against the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Bailway Company and the Pere Marquette Bailroad Company to recover the sum of $372.25. The case was tried before the court without a jury and judgment was entered against plaintiff, to reverse which this cause is before us upon a writ of error.
