This was an action of the fourth class under the Municipal Court act, brought in the municipal court of Chicago, wherein the appellee recovered a judgment against appellant for $275. The cause was taken by a writ of error to the Appellate Court for the Eirst District, where the judgment was affirmed by a divided court. A certificate of importance was granted, and this appeal has followed.
