MEMORANDUM OPINION

COBB, District Judge.

Before this Court are the Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss for Failure to state a claim. For the reasons stated below, this Court grants defendants’ motions and dis misses the ease pursuant to Fed. Rule Civ. P.12(b)(6).

Besides John Pearce and Winder’s Inc., the defendants fall into two main groups: the University Defendants (which includes Baker Patillo, Diana Boubel, Larry Bailey, and Evie Jones) and the Police Defendants (including Pete Winder, Steve Cooper, Eric Newell and William Lujan).
