On October 16, 1980 this Court issued a preliminary injunction against the defendant Union, its officers, agents, employees’ representatives, members and all persons in active concert or participation with them enjoining them from striking or otherwise obstructing plaintiff’s operations of cargo transport and delivery. It was the Court’s opinion that the arbitration clause of the collective bargaining agreement compelled the Union to arbitrate its claim that the company should negotiate the closing of a certain warehouse.
