NATURE OF CASE

Christopher Range was injured while playing in a soccer match at the Abbott Sports Complex in Lincoln. He sued the Abbott Sports Complex; the Ethel S. Abbott Charitable Foundation, Inc. (Abbott Foundation); the Capital Sports Foundation, Inc. (CSF); and the Lincoln Adult Soccer Association (LASA). (The Abbott Foundation, the CSF, and the LASA are collectively referred to herein as “the appellees.” The CSF was responsible for building and developing the Abbott Sports Complex, which is a site name only.)
