This adversary proceeding is before the court upon the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff on May 27, 2008, as amended by the Amended Complaint filed on July 31, 2008, seeking to nullify and/or set aside four quit claim deeds transferring real property from the Plaintiff to the Defendants.
