Appellant, Alejandro Cardenas, sued' his former employer and appellee, Bilfinger TEPSCO, Inc. (“Bilfinger”) for retaliation under the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act (“TWCA”), and the trial court rendered summary judgment in favor of Bil-finger.
