Before the Court is Defendant Mash-burn’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint. Doc. No. 26. This action arises from Plaintiffs termination by Mashburn, a District Attorney, from his position as an assistant district attorney for the Twenty-first Prosecutorial District. First Am.
