The American Malting Company was organized under the laws of New Jersey, September 28, 1897. It began business on October 11, 1897., On October 15, 1897, it filed a copy of its charter in the office of the Secretary of State of New York to enable it to do business in this State and received the usual certificate for that pur*486pose.
