The plaintiffs, investment brokers in business in Boston, Mass., seek to recover of each and all the defendants the sum of $1,'440,000, with interest. The action is in equity for the rescission of a contract of stock purchase under and by virtue of which the plaintiffs paid to the defendant the International Products Corporation the said sum for certain shares of the preferred and shares of the common stock of defendant corporation. The plaintiffs on October 2, 1919, entered into the contract which is the subject of this action with the defendant corporation for the purchase of 10,000 shares…
