Trotter brings this class action against his union, Local 13, for an alleged violation of the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (the Act), 29 U.S.C. § 411(a)(3).1 The district court held the action barred by the statute of limitations. We affirm.

Under a collective bargaining agreement with the Pacific Maritime Association (PMA), the International Longshoremen’s and Warehousemen’s Union (ILWU), which includes Local 13, obtained complete health insurance coverage for its members and their dependents through the Kaiser Health Plan.
