Van Pac Carriers, Inc. v. Anand

This appeal comes to us from the Circuit Court for Madison County. Sushan K. Anand, plaintiff, brought an action in tort and contract against Van Pac Carriers, Inc., and two other defendants, Wheaton Van Lines, Inc., and Aerospace Movers, Inc., because of damage done to his household goods incurred while they were being moved from Scottsboro, Alabama, to Port Le Cortez, Honduras, and then to New Orleans, Louisiana.
