In this action, plaintiff Complex Systems, Inc. (“CSI”), contends that defendant ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (“ABN”) made improper use of CSI’s copyrighted “BankTrade” software after ABN assigned its license to use that software to the Bank of America Corporation (“BAC”) as part of its sale of several of its subsidiaries to BAC.
