MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BROWN, United States Magistrate Judge:

Before the Court is a motion by defendants NIR Group, LLC and Corey Ribotsky (collectively, “defendants”) to compel, inter alia, production of documents from plaintiff, Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). See Mot. to Compel Disc., Docket Entry (“DE”) [34] (“Motion to Compel”). The SEC opposes the motion, largely on the grounds of privilege.
