MEMORANDUM OPINION
COLLEEN KOLLAR-KOTELLY, District Judge.
This case represents a decades-long dispute between Roy W. Krieger (“Krieger”), an attorney formerly employed by the Department of Justice (“DOJ”), and his former DOJ supervisors Kathlynn G. Fadely (“Fadely”) and Gary W. Allen (“Allen”).
