Lead Plaintiff Local No. 38 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Pen sion Fund (the “Pension Fund” or “Plaintiff’) brings this putative class action against Defendants American Express Company (“AMEX” or the “Company”) and two of its officers, Kenneth Chenault (“Chenault”) and Daniel Henry (“Henry”) (collectively, the “Individual Defendants”).
