ORDER

CARR, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Aldene Harris and Willie Harris bring this suit individually and on behalf of a putative class of others similarly situated, claiming defendants Physicians Mutual Insurance Company and Physicians Life Insurance Company violated Ohio statutory and common law by selling worthless insurance policy riders to Ohio citizens. Plaintiffs brought the suit in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, and defendants removed it to this court. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332(a)(1) and 1441(a).
