The appellant filed in the County Court of Hill County, Texas, an application to probate the alleged will of Thomas Pierce, deceased. The probate of the will was contested by appellees on the grounds: (1) That the said Thomas Pierce at the time of the mailing of the will was of unsound mind; (2) that the execution of said will was procured by the undue influence of appellant, T.
