Appeal from District Court, Gonzales County; M. Kennon, Judge. Application by Harriett Tennille G.riffin and others to probate the will of Sarah Boss, contested by W. H. Abrams and others. Probate was denied in the county court, and on appeal to the district court a general demurrer to the petition and plea to the jurisdiction were sustained and the application was dismissed, and. applicants appeal.

On September 16, 1875, Joseph H. Clements applied to the distict court of Gonzales county to probate a will left by Sarah Boss, who was alleged to have died in September, 1872. Notice and citation was given as provided by law. No other action was taken in the matter except to continue it, in 1876, until January 17,1921, when Harriett Tennille Griffin, Ann C.
