The board appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court annulling its decision to deny Prudential’s application for site plan approval to construct two four-story office buildings in a zoning district in which office use is permitted as of right. (An earlier aspect of the case was decided at 18 Mass. App. Ct. 632 [1984].)
