I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the Complaint filed by Janice W. Stevenson (“Ms. Stevenson” or the “Debtor”) against the Educational Credit Management Corporation (“ECMC”), through which Ms. Stevenson seeks a discharge of her student loan obligations, totaling $114,680.69 as of April II, 2011, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).
