I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On August 29, 2014, (the "Petition Date"), Audrey Eve Schatz, (the "Debtor"), filed a pro se voluntary petition under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code" or the "Code").1 The Debtor's primary debts are student loans, incurred while attending law school in the early 2000s.
