The Defendant Citibank (South Dakota) N.A. (“Citibank”) has moved to dismiss the Plaintiff Julie Parola’s (“Parola”) amended complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted.
