—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, negligence, age discrimination, and violation of civil rights, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Kutner, J.), dated April 2, 1991, which, upon granting the *662defendants’ separate motions for summary judgment, dismissed the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
