{¶ 1} These are three appeals taken from three judgments of the Court of Common Pleas of Licking County, Ohio, consolidated by this court for purposes of this opinion. Previously, this court consolidated case Nos. 07-129 and 07-131 for oral argument.
{¶ 2} Gilbert Guttentag is the appellant in each case. In case Nos. 07-129 and 07-131, the trial court found that he lacks standing to bring an appeal from a decision of appellee Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals because he had failed to participate in the prior proceedings.
