A. W. Shyer, of Nashville, Tennessee, claimed that the Kemper-Thomas Paper *445Company, of Ohio, was indebted to Mm, and that Lebeck Brothers, also of Nashville, were indebted to the Paper Company. He brought his statutory attachment and garnishment suit before a Justice of the Peace, in Nashville, and obtained a judgment against the Paper Company, his debt- or, for $299.38, and against its debtors, Lebeck Brothers, as garnishees, for $85.44.
