Pending before the Court are three contested motions: (1) Defendants’ motion to stay all further proceedings pending resolution of their Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(f) petition currently pending before the Court of Appeals; (2) Class Plaintiffs’ motion to quash subpoenas issued by Defendants to absent class members; and (3) Class Plaintiffs’ motion to bifurcate trial pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42(b).
