Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Campbell ¡Circuit Court in favor of the appellee, Kenton and ¡Campbell Benevolent Burial Association, against the Commonwealth’s Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial District and the appellant, Sherman G-oodpaster, Director of Insurance of the State of Kentucky. The Director of Insurance is the only appellant but he has joined the Commonwealth’s Attorney as an appellee.
