MEMORANDUM DECISION REGARDING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION OF CHAPTER 13 PLAN

Before the court is an objection by the chapter 13 trustee, Michael H. Meyer, Esq. (the “Trustee”) to confirmation of a chapter 13 plan (the “Plan”) filed by the debtor, Amanda Kay Renteria (the “Debt- or”). The Trustee’s objection arises from the fact that the proposed Plan separately classifies and gives preferential treatment to a substantial unsecured claim for which the Debtor’s mother is a co-debtor (the “Objection”).
