DAVID W. HOUSTON, III, Bankruptcy Judge.

On consideration before the court is the motion for summary judgment filed by the plaintiff, U.S.A./FmHA; response to said motion having been filed by the defendant, Indi- Bel, Inc.; and the court having considered same, hereby finds as follows, to-wit:

This court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of and the parties to this adversary proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and 28 U.S.C. § 157. The parties have agreed that this is a core proceeding as defined in 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A), (K), and (0).
