MEMORANDUM OF DECISION DISAPPROVING DEBTOR’S THIRD AMENDED DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

The court today disapproves the debtor’s third amended disclosure statement. 1 The procedural history culminating in its filing is lengthy and complex.
