The plaintiff filed suit against the defendant travel plaza and its insurer alleging that, while a customer at the business, she sustained injury due to a fall on a wet floor. The travel plaza and its insurer filed a motion for summary judgment, asserting that the plaintiff would be unable to satisfy her burden of proof that it failed to exercise reasonable care in adequately warning of the wet floor.
