GREMILLION, Judge.

|, The plaintiff, Elizabeth Melancon, appeals the summary judgment granted in favor of the defendant, TMC Foods, LLC (Popeye’s Famous Fried Chicken).1 For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

In September 2008, Melancon was proceeding to exit the Popeye’s restaurant in Grand Coteau, Louisiana when she slipped and fell on a “slick” floor. She filed suit in January 2009 for injuries as a result of the fall.
