Plaintiffs filed the bill of complaint in this case to obtain a temporary, and later a permanent, injunction restraining defendants from using the area of land in question for any purpose other than the construction of single-family dwellings in accordance with the restrictions contained in a deed from defendants Summers to plaintiff Buckley and wife.
