MURPHY, Justice.

Appellant, Linda Sewell, Individually and on behalf of the Estate of Elizabeth Sue Sorrells, Deceased, appeals from a partial summary judgment granted in favor of ap-pellee, John J. Adams, M.D. Appellant filed a medical malpractice suit against ap-pellee and the hospital where her mother, Mrs. Sorrells, was treated before her death. After summary judgment was granted for the doctor, the judgment was made final by a severance order. Appellant brings five points of error. We reverse and remand.
