This case involves a series of shifting employment arrangements. Plaintiff-appellant Thomas R. Mason asserts that defendant-appellee TSI Semiconductors America, LLC (TSA), formerly known, as Telefunken Semiconductors America, LLC, abridged his contractual rights with respect to no .fewer than three of these arrangements. At the summary judgment stage, the district court concluded that Mason had failed to make out a genuine issue of material fact sufficient to sustain any of his claims.
