1 Plaintiffs Deveaux and Marjorie Clark (the Clarks), husband and wife, appeal the dismissal of their professional negligence action against defendant Deloitte & Touche LLP (Deloitte). The district court held that the Clarks' action is barred by the four-year statute of limitation set forth in section 78-12-25(8) of the Utah Code. We reverse.
