Appellant Aaron McNeal appeals his conviction after a jury trial in the Circuit Court of St. Louis City for one count of robbery in the first degree, Section 569.020, RSMo 1994, 1 one count of armed criminal action, Section 571.015, one count of felonious restraint, Section 565.120, and one count of attempted robbery in the first degree, Section 564.011. He was sentenced to a total of eighteen years’ imprisonment.
