Kent Baker (“Defendant”) appeals a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County on a conviction finding him guilty of eight counts of statutory sodomy in the second degree, section 566.064 RSMo (1994). Defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of two years’ imprisonment on each count. On appeal, defendant asserts there was insufficient evidence to support his convictions and the jury was improperly instructed. Defendant also argues the trial court erred in admitting testimonial evidence from other police officers concerning collateral and prejudicial matters…
