NIX, Presiding Judge.

This is a proceeding by petitioner, Isaac J. Hill, for writ of error coram nobis, here for the purpose of reviewing the action of the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, which after hearing refused to grant said writ. Which is to say, to grant the petitioner a new trial based on allegations that the verdict was vague as to form and not sufficient to support judgment and sentence in case No. 162S8, tried in July, 1943.
