— Plaintiffs and cross-defendants E. E. Johnston and Viola Johnston, husband and wife, appeal from a judgment quieting their title to certain lands in Fresno County, subject to a lien of defendant and cross-complainant Olive Landucci, which lien is ordered foreclosed by the judgment. The sole question presented on this appeal is whether the lien ordered foreclosed is based upon a valid contract, it being the contention of the appellants that such contract was totally unsupported by consideration.
