McDONALD, Chief Justice.
Plaintiff Ramsey sued defendant Bill Bell, Inc. for the value of a motor, boat, and trailer, alleging that he left such property with defendant to have same repaired, and that while in defendant’s keeping it was stolen. Plaintiff further alleged that defendant became a bailee of the property, charged with the duty to return it, and that when defendant failed to return it, defendant became liable for its value.
