MEMORANDUM OPINION

JORDAN, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This is a product liability case. The plaintiff, Don’s Hydraulics, Inc. (“DHI”), brought this suit against Colony Insurance Company (“Colony”), Truck Tech Technologies, Inc. (“Truck Tech”), and Tipco Technologies, Inc. (“Tipco”) (collectively, “Defendants”), alleging property damage caused by suction hoses manufactured by Tipco and sold to DHI by Truck Tech.
