Currently pending before this Court is the motion by defendant Main Line Federal Savings Bank (“Main Line”) for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c) or for partial summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(b) on the crossclaim filed by codefendant Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith (“Merrill Lynch”).
