Granting Defendants’ Motion to Compel Production of Documents

I. Introduction

This matter comes before the court upon the defendants’ motion to compel production of certain memoranda that were prepared by plaintiffs former counsel, Arent Fox Kitner Plotkin & Kahn (Arent Fox). There are two issues before the court. Specifically, the court must determine whether the memoran-da at issue in this case are protected from disclosure by the work-product privilege.
