This action was commenced in. the district court of Okmulgee county, Okla., by Harry D. Preston, defendant in error, plaintiff below, against J. A. Price and James T. Paneoast, as administrators of the estate of L. S. Skelton, deceased, plaintiffs in error, defendants below, for the recovery of the sum of $8,855, claimed to be due upon a contract to drill an oil well for the deceased, and interest at six per cent, per annum from the 20th day of February, 1921, and $500 ’ attorneys fees, and claiming a mechanic’s lien upon the property and equipment located at the well…
