The plaintiffs in these consolidated and essentially identical actions, French corporations that design and market high-fashion clothing, bring this action to enforce a default judgment obtained by them in a French court against Viewfinder Inc., a Delaware corporation that maintains websites on which it posts photographs from fashion shows and other information about fashion events.
