The appellant filed a motion to allow him to intervene in the ease of Arch B. Davis, Executor of the estate of W. W. Davis, deceased, et al., v. W. E. Austin, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of E. M. Harber, deceased, et ah, pending in the Circuit Court of Livington County, Missouri.
