In light of the emergency perceived by the debtor, this Court is taking the unusual step of reducing to writing its reasons for declining to grant a telephonic request and subsequent written request for a motion date for an as-yet unfiled motion to vacate an order lifting the automatic stay under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“FRCP”) 60(b).
