liAppellants Dawn and Dustin Ellis appeal the judgment of the Poinsett County Circuit Court, which was entered pursuant to a jury verdict, awarding them damages of $4480 for the taking of their leasehold interest in real property. They also appeal the separate order denying their motion for attorney’s fees. For reversal, Appellants contend the trial court erred in instructing the jury on an improper measure of damages and in denying their motion for attorney’s fees.
